Inverness Orienteering Club was founded in 1978 and was one of the original orienteering
clubs in the Highlands.
Our area covers terrain both north and south of the Great Glen and as far afield as
Sutherland and Speyside.
We have strong links with our neighbouring clubs in Badenoch & Strathspey and along the
Moray Coast.
We put on a whole range of events from small local evening events up to major national competitions
to suit all standards.
Why not come along and try orienteering?
INVOC has a strong coaching emphasis, particularly for juniors, and we encourage
people of all ages to participate in the sport.
Throughout the season the Club organises coaching events suitable for all.
If you are interested in coaching or joining the Club please get in touch - see the
Contact page.
